Established in 1985.
JM Mechanical was founded in 1985 by Jay Jenks, with a vision to provide exceptional mechanical services. In 1997, the company partnered with Service Experts, forming JM Mechanical Service Experts and paving the way for significant growth. In 2001, Wangsgaard joined the team, establishing JM Mechanical as the largest heating and air conditioning company in Northern Utah. By 2010, the company had expanded to include a full-service plumbing department. Its success continued, being recognized as one of the top three Trane dealers in Utah in 2015 and becoming a Trane Comfort Specialist in 2017. In 2023, JM Mechanical restructured to become JM as the master brand, with JM Mechanical as its new construction sector and JM Services Pros as its residential and commercial servicing side.
